Chai Latte

One of my favorite warm drinks is a chai latte, but since I rarely visit coffee shops, I've had to come up with a recipe for home. This is a really simple and basic recipe...no special barista skills required.


Chai Latte
Milk (6 to 12 oz.-depending on how much you want)
1 Chai tea bag
Flavored beverage syrup (like Torani)

Warm milk in microwave or on stove. Pour in mug and steep tea for 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in 1 to 2 tsp. (more or less to taste) of your favorite flavored beverage syrup. My favorite is Torani's Sugar Free Vanilla. Enjoy!
